I’ve never worked with a personal trainer, what’s involved?

I’ll let one of my clients answer precisely that, and it’s always better to hear it from someone like yourself. “I was feeling unsure about working with a Personal Trainer as I’d only ever been to some fitness classes; Wade was nice and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Before our first session, I was worried that I would have to do something that I didn’t want to or what I could not achieve, but Wade put me at ease and had me doing different things in a way that didn’t feel forced.”

I don’t feel comfortable working out around too many people, will the gym be busy?

Wade’s aim, first and foremost, is to create an environment that is comfortable and puts you at ease. All of his training sessions take place at a private training studio in West Hollywood, CA. There will be no one else present.

What level of fitness is required to start personal training with you?

Often the biggest misconception is that you should be at a certain level of fitness before you can use a personal trainer. This is a massively limiting belief as HERE IS the best place to start if you have absolutely no experience. WADE will always start you at the most basic level before progressing, meaning that for every bit of effort you put in, you will reap the right rewards. WADE can also make sure you don’t develop any bad habits early on and give you a truly personalised fitness experience.
